Groups must consist of a minimum of two trekkers and their required staffs. The main purpose of these areas being 'restricted' is to protect the natural environment and culture from outside pressures. An environmental representative has to register with the police and government offices in route. The treks must be fully prearrange through a registered trekking agency, and has to be fully equipped with tents, all support staffs, cooks, etc. Now.
