Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu airport, meet your guide, and transfer to hotel followed by shopping for trekking gear, evening briefing about the trek and all programs. After briefing, meet with yogi for some light, evening stretching. A Nepali traditional Dance will welcome you with Nepali cuisine. O/N at Hotel on 3*** B/B.

Day 2: Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding (2,800 m). In the morning at 6:00 a.m., our adventure starts with a flight to Lukla (2,800 m). At Lukla, the trail leads north from the airstrip to the edge of Lukla Plateau for an easy walk through several villages to Phakding (2,800 m). The journey will take roughly 3-4 hours, followed by evening Yoga Practice on the land of yeti. O/N Phakding. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 3:Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3,440 m). Early morning Yoga, then after breakfast we continue our journey towrds Base Camp. We begin the day with a gentle trail passing through several villages and beautiful pine forest, coming to Jorsalee (2800 m). From Jorsale, we follow the Dudhkosi River for about one hour and begin our ascent up a steep trail to Namche.

Namche Bazaar is the administrative capital of the region. Historically, it was the staging point for trading expeditions to Tibet and its Saturday market remains an important event bringing traders from villages a week's walk away. Morfe than half of the trail is quite steep, allowing one to enjoy a breath-taking first view of Everest (8,848 m), Nuptse (7,879 m) and Lhotse (8,383 m). Trekking time is about 6 hours. Evening Yoga with group. O/N Namche Bazaar. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 4: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar – Khumjung Valley Excursion - Rest Day (3,790 m). Early Morning Yoga with sunrise over snow capped mountains and the sound of prayer chants at the monastery. After Breakfast, we start the trek to Khumjung Valley, where the trail leads to a steep climb for about one hour to Shyangboche. From the top of Shyangboche, one can get a glimpse of Mt. Everest (8848 m), Ama Dablam (6856 m), Themserku (6608 m), Nuptse (7879 m), and Lhotse (8383 m). From there, the trail leads downwards to Khumjung, where the Sir Edmund Hillary School and a local hospital is located. Time is about 5-6 hours. Evening Yoga, o/n at Namche Bazaar. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 5: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3,870 m). Early morning yoga, breakfast, then our adventure continues. From Namche Bazaar, a flat trail leads to Kayanjuma and a view of Everest, Amadablam, and Thamserku. we will then descend to Phunki Thanga through a beautiful pine forest. The trail then leads rapidly up towards Thyangboche, a beautiful place with a Monastery and views of Everest. Walking time takes about 6 hours. Evening Yoga near the Monastery, with views of Mount Everest. O/N Thyangboche. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 6: Tengboche – Dingboche (4,410 m). Early morning Yoga then mediation at Monastery. After breakfast we head towards Dingbouche. From Tengpoche, it is a short, steep and muddy descent to Dingboche through birch, conifer and rhododendron forest. After a long walk we will pass through several villages such as Dingboche and Pangboche to arrive in Dingbouche followed by evening yoga. Walking time is approximately 6 hours. O/n Dingboche. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 7: Dingboche: Second acclimatization day and hiking to Chhukung. Early morning yoga and breakfast. We have this as an optional day for those who want to hike to Chhukung, with great views of Everest, Amadalam, Lothse, Nuptse. After returning from the day hike we will rest, then practice evening yoga. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 8: Dingboche – Lobuche (4,930 m). Morning Yoga. After breakfast we continue towards Base Camp. At Dingbouche, the trail leads to Dugla (4,620 m) followed by a 2 hour ascent to Lobuche where we will practice evening yoga. Walking time - about 6 hours. O/n Lobuche. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 9:Lobuche – Gorak shep - Everest Base Camp (5,160 m) and Base Camp litter clean up. Morning yoga, and then after breakfast we continue for our most interesting and beautiful day by the Khumbu Glacier,views of Mt Pumori, Nuptse, Lotshe, Everest and views of Everest Base camp. From Lobuche the trail winds through flat sections, and several small ascends before descending to Gorakshep. Walking time is appoimately 3 hours.

After lunch at Gorekshep, we go to Everest base camp and return to Gorekshep. Litter on the way to and at Everest base camp is a problem, not only for the environment but also takes away from the gorgeous views of the Himalayas. Therefore, prior to returning to Gorakshep, we will be cleaning up the rubbish on the trail and at base camp to dispose of in Gorakshep so as to help keep our mountains beautiful and clean. Approximately 5 hours. Evening yoga at Everest Base Camp! O/n at GorakShep. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 10: Gorak Shep – (Kalapathar)- Pheriche (4,210 m). Before sunrise we hike up to Kalapattar (5,545 m) catching the first rays of sun over some of the world's highest peaks. Here we will be meditating at the top of the world. Kalapattar is the most popular place for breath taking views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Ama Dablam (6,856 m), Themserku (6,608 m), Nuptse (7,879 m), and Lhotse (8,383 m). Walking time is about 6-7 hours. O/N at Pheriche. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 11: Pheriche – Phorste (3,870 m). Morning yoga, breakfast, then we leave for Phorste. From Pheriche, the trails starts downhill to Pangbouche, then it is an easy walk to Phorste with views of the Himalayas. Here we will be able to see wild animals such as musk deer, wild boars, mountain goats and many birds. Walking time approximately 5 hours. Evening Yoga and meditation at monastery. O/N at Phorste. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 12: Phorste – Manjo (3780 m). Morning Yoga then hike same route back to Lukla, time is about 5 hours followed by evening yoga. O/N Manjo.

Day 13: Manjo – Lukla. Morning yoga then proceed to Lukla, the trails leads downhill via the Dudhkoshi River. Time is about 5 hours. Evening yoga and trek-completion celebration with singing and dancing! O/N at Lukla. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 14: Lukla - Kathmandu. Morning flight back to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu we will visit the Nepal Orphans Home and enjoy the children (optional). The evening will be relaxing. You can get a massage and/or do some shopping. We will close with a Farewell Dinner party. O/N Kathmandu. Includes: (B, L, D).

Day 15: Departure to onward journey, or free day at Kathmandu on your own, or any extension of the many other trips in Nepal.
